Refund policy

We gladly accept returns or exchanges on any items in the original packaging within 10 days of delivery. 

If your items arrive broken or damaged during shipping, please send us an email at info@finetunedfragrance including your order number and a photo of the broken item within 10 days of receiving your order . We will happily send replacement product at no cost to you.

 

If you are unhappy with your scent choice, you can exchange the item within 10 business days.

A return label is not provided with the shipment. The customer is responsible for shipping fees on any returns or exchanges of non-damaged goods.
